Sherman Chauncey BISHOP
Birthplace: Sloatsburg, NY Died: 1951 Co-author: see Crosby. BIOGRAPHY.
Né le 18 novembre 1887 a Sloats¬burg (N.Y.). Après ses études à l'Université
Cornell, il a été successivement assistant d'entomologie et de pathologie
végétale à cette même Université, puis zoologiste au New York State Museum,
pro¬fesseur-adjoint de biologie à l'Université de Rochester et finalement,
en 1933, professeur de zoologie.
